Income note services

BIND Income Note Services is in development and not currently offered. As planned, it would be an informational note-sourcing activity: an introductory conversation, gathering basic note information, and introducing owners to prospective note buyers, who evaluate independently and make their own offers. BIND would not buy notes, set prices, or guarantee an offer or a sale.

This website does not accept document uploads, borrower identifiers, or payments.
